Get FIT with your Family & The Troubled Movement, Inc. for Spring Break! On March 13th-17th, The Troubled Movement will be hosting, "Heavily Meditated": Yoga & Salsa Sessions for Families. Our instructors and directors Anamechia Joseph and Charles Kelly look forward to seeing you for Spring Break.

The sessions schedule for the week is:

  • Monday, March 13th, 1:00 pm Salsa
  • Tuesday, March 14th 11:30 am and 1:00 pm Yoga (two sessions)
  • Wednesday March 15th 11:30 am and 1:00 pm Yoga
  • Thursday March 16 th 11:30 am and 1:00 pm Yoga
  • Friday, March 17th 1 pm Salsa

Please bring your yoga mat and a towel. Dress comfortably in loose clothing.

Join the Houston community, Troubled Movement team, local business owners, and more for a night of purpose, celebration, and growth! Are they helping other victims become heroes & survivors? In honor of our new program, Heroes & Survivors, The Troubled Movement would like to honor a few survivors of the Houston community who have showed and are currently showing healing and help at our upcoming "Marching Forward" Fundraising Gala.

To launch our new Marvelous Men Moving Forward men's program, The Troubled Movement will be hosting a talent showcase to release the talent of teen and young adult males in the Houston community. If you are a man between 13-25, please submit your information or talent to info@thetroubledmovement.org ASAP. Must be 18+ to enter. Come out and be entertained while sipping one of the best daiquiris in Houston.


There will be a part 2 event for the teen boys, ages 13-17. Details to be announced. Submissions are currently being accepted.
